All the leaves shown here appear to be old leaves.
Most new leaves (on most plants) will be green.
These are fall leaves which fall from deciduous plants/trees in the fall.
The New Leaf Department should be busiest in the spring when new leaves (and branches) sprout out (although they do have a budding business in the previous growing season).
