Jeez Marty is dense, he may be the reason why Nate can’t detect sarcasm because he can’t himself!

God. why does he reuse these story arcs from a few years ago? This is like, the 7th he has done this.

For the first time ever, imma rate this comic.

Mango chips would be okay as halloween treats. They’re pretty good, but he’ll probably still get egged.

When I read other GoComics strips, they’re really funny and are really good. And then I see Big Nate with another halloween candy arc.

We have 54 bags of Pirate’s Booty; there really are kids who like something different. We also have chocolate for the traditional group.

Actually dried mango chips are delicious… sweet and tangy. Much better than fruit rollups, which are mostly dehydrated pear.

Sarcasm at it its finest (Nate) and hypocrisy at its worst (Dad who when he trick or treated as a child, wanted those peanut butter cups or Snickers as much as any kid)……..

Seriously, though, that lady was pretty much evil.

I don’t find mango chips that bad, but I sure wouldn’t want them as a Halloween treat! Also, happy birthday to Lincoln Peirce =)

Halloween is one of the only days a year when kids can have unlimited candy. Stop ruining it you crazy old man!

If I got freeze dried mango chips on Halloween I would give a dozen eggs back at his house.

There WAS a time when apples or oranges were considered a legit Halloween treat – the problem is fruit is so easy to find nowadays kids think it’s too ‘common.’
