No one in class bothered to tell Miles his undies are outside and he has one shoe? Talk about being distracted while studying and making those flash cards.
My nephew used Kevin’s method for his college placement exams, was mighty unhappy when his scores placed him in the group needing to take remedial courses. Of course he was so smart that when he got bored with the remedial classes (after the first class) he stopped going-didn’t do the drop/add option, just stopped going so he lost all of his tuition money instead of being able to recoup it. He is very intelligent but not very smart.
In the first two panels, kevin had to do some sorta math for him to find out the 1/5 chance thing, and that is a sort of theoretical probability, which is way ahead of what he should be learning, so technically, not only could kevin easily pass the standardized testing part for math, but since he might know so much, he’s sorta a super genius, just without the glasses and helmet thingy.

Being smart and being wise aren’t the same thing. Neither are good grades and good looks.

Right answers are plus 1 point. Wrong answers are minus 1-1/4 (or minus 1-1/2) points. Penalty for guessing.
