I sneaked in to a movie theater to watch this movie when I was in middle school, knowing nothing about it. The emotional intensity when Taylor and Burton were going at each other really scared me.
I’m only afraid someone will want me to see it again. I guess it’s some kind of catharsis but I do not understand the attraction of watching spouses being horrible to each other.
