It sounds like the buyer is a gambler with his money. For all he knows, it could have a sunken roof with many holes and in such poor condition that it isn’t worth the rehab.

These days you can get lots of pics and even video walk-throughs of properties. It shouldn’t be a complete unknown.

If I were the new owner, I wouldn’t allow it just for liability reasons.

if that house is a wreak I would hate to see what Walts house is. From the drawings the house looks well cared for. Either Scan has no idea what he is doing or he is drawing the comic and has a ghost writer. Either way what is being said does not match up with the picture.

With Slim in charge of the party,I wouldn’t hold out too much hope on the “no damage” thing.
