Uncle Phil needs to see an otolaryngologist STAT!!

Who knows? The tissue may even have toad spit on it. As litter goes, facial tissue is pretty innocuous. If I were Agnes, I would wait until after the next rainstorm, if it is still there, then consider disposing of it properly.

I can be as bad scrounge as Agnes, I pick up a lot of stuff off the ground to see what it is
