Um, just HOW long has that open can of cat food been sitting there???

My cats can hear a pop top even when I am in Petco.

What IS that old and outmoded doohickey? (Seriously, I keep one for the rare can that comes without a poptop).

It must be something genetic in cats. Our cats’ food has always come from cans that have a pop top, never from cans that we’ve had to open with a can opener. And yet, when we pull out our manual can opener to open a can of beans or something, they all run into the kitchen and look at us expectantly . . .

And Catman only comes when he feels like it.

We’re going to need a bigger litterbox.

I’m down to my “last three” cats. I’ve always had cats, and will miss these guys when they’re gone, but it’s time for me to be able to say, hey, let’s drive up to Vancouver this week, without having to hire a crew to come in and cater to my cats. (Hmmm, “cater”, “cat”… coincidence?)
