A guy, who moved from DC to NY, told me they purposely kept good looking women out of DC because they didn’t trust the politicians. I see that rule also applied to gay men.

Between buffs? Chase has never been within a country mile of buff.

For most of my adult life, I was somewhat buffed. I played soccer, reffed soccer, coached soccer, with a little bit of gymnastics stretching and weightlifting on the side. Yeah, I looked good. Now, at 72, I’m still look good in the face, but the rest of me bulging and heading south.

Now in my 70s, more concerned with health of the arteries of the heart and brain than outward appearances.

Curiously, I’ve lost weight and gotten in better shape following a knee replacement. Even with the enforced idleness during recovery. Go figure.

Just say he’s a hot mess. Heavy on the mess.

Chase makes a good spinach casserole, though.

OT: I remember that a while ago Trudeau mentioned a program where people could knit scarfs and hats for soldiers. Does anyone know whether that still exists?
