    It’s the call to 911 then put on hold that is disconcerting.

    I had to put the phone on the charger, over two hour wait. I thought that was the worst till the 3 hour wait and then getting cut off halfway thru.

    It must cost too much to either hire enough people to answer the phone or to sell quality items. I have learned to put my phone on speaker and use that waiting time to clean my kitchen or read a book. Or, on occasion, take my dog for a long walk.

    99,9% of the time, when the automated line FINALLY gives you the option of speaking to a “representative” ….all our representative are currently busy…..often this ends up in a world cruise.
