Pointing a gun at someone in a firing stance is definitely threatening. One can assume someone is threatening them by simply pointing their finger symbolizing a pistol… This kid had no business being in Wisconsin, and certainly not with a gun - but probably will get off - American justice, you say!
Rule 1. Unless you intend to use it, never point a gun at anyone even if it’s not loaded. Very foolish act this lawyer’s stunt was. What an a$$hole! I would’ve been very pissed as a juror.
It has just been reported on court Tv that a MSNBC news person ran a red light trying to follow the Jury bus. This IS why they, the jury, need to be sequestered NEAR the courthouse!
In what world is picking up a Firearm and pointing it at Humans, all with his finger on the Trigger. This joke of a DA has no working knowledge of Basic Firearms Safety. Yet the State has him attacking a Man’s use of a firearm in self defense. He is throwing the Trial because he knows he blew it. Looking for a Do Over.
Watched this trial in its entirety and I’ve never seen or heard of a legal team screwing up as monumentality as these prosecutors. I’d bet real money that no one in the DA’s office wanted the job of pressing charges against Rittenhouse and that Binger along with his partner drew the short straw on this one. Other odd things about this trial such as the MSM calling Rittenhouse a racist for shooting three WHITE guys (all of whom had criminal records BTW). MSNBC getting banned from the courtroom for ordering its reporters to tail the jury bus. What the hell was up with that and what made MSNBC think that would be okay?

Is that the judge with the rifle?

WTF‽‽ Is that supposed to be the prosecutor?
Come to think of it, never mind. This is clearly too unhinged to bother trying to figure out what Bok might have been “thinking”.

If one interprets this as an assault on Justice, then it might actually (accidentally) be a good comic. Though the man should be wearing a black robe.

Those must be good Shrooms you got from Al Goodwyn, you’re still high, Baghdad Bok.

Acceding to the NRA, this is all ok since the barrel on this rifle is too long to consider it a “weapon”.

I’m old enough to remember when liberals thought a judge’s deference to the rights of the accused was a good thing.

Logically the kid should have every right to do just that.. certainly he feels threatened.

Agree about the robe but much more likely an assault on justice.

K.E. is trying to tell us that his rifle is as big as Rittenhouse’s.
