A different saying for a old phrase. Should have stocked up for a rainy day.

The way things are going, heading towards total society collapse, we’d all better embrace pre-technology.

We’re earthquake prone here. Not a “prepper” but I have supplies and repair materials and such equipment as I think I might need on hand to pillow the threat and keep us going following a significant event. And the kids know to “go to Mom & Dad’s”. Silly not to be prepared.

I mentioned to a cashier at my fave grocery store that they’re always out of a lot of stuff and that’s what he told me- supply chain.

Ordered a new car in September. The salesman says I may not have to worry about snow tires until next winter.

That’s how nature use to clean the gene pool, so called progress often upsets the notion of human progress
