So, Hollis Sasaki is a military brat who just transferred in after her father was assigned to Fort Mudlark on the outskirts of Milford. She’s destined to be an all-state hoopster for Mimi’s squad while the Gilfather can only dream of finishing second in the Valley. To paraphrase the great Bette Davis, “Fasten your seat belts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride” for the Larks this hoop season.
Milford must have Sasaki motocross bikes, a knockoff of Suzuki. Cathy must be the new pepperpot point guard. Will she help the captain, admiral, pilot steer the SS Mudlark?
I get it!!! Cathy just got hired at McDougal’s and posted that for now she’s taking orders, but one will be giving them. So the fun loving imps of Milford High are teasing her with Military rank comments. Boy, R& W are so funny.
Okay, what in the world is with the stupid nicknames? Are these two in the ROTC or something? Whatever the explanation is, I can predict it is NOT something that kids would be saying in real life.
That darn Punisher shirt! Every so often someone in this strip pops up wearing it. How could it be that popular over the years? And speaking of popular, Mopped Up Thorp is popular, at least with the cool kids. You are a cool kid, aren’t you?
