That’s a new wrinkle — or it was eight years ago…
He is scorching the slopes!
It looks safer than the regular skis.
….It doesn’t stop there. ‘Strapped for Cash Todd’ goes on living at home, mooching off his Moms income for the next 30-40 years!…. “Hey Maaa, can I borrow $5 bucks?”
Reminds me of when we, as kids, went down the hill standing up on a tobaggan.
(Sometimes one person sitting in front and then three standing up behind him.)
Often, we would lose a person or two on the way down or wipe out the whole crew – but that was part of the fun.
If he takes the cover off, he’ll really be shredding, that will be grate!
If it works, why knock it?
Snowboard with handlebars.
It keeps him from falling off, but those sudden stops can be quite painful…
Todd’s a dork……
Todd’s pretty clever imho!
Looks more effective though
Cardboard, snow shovels, saucers, whatever would slide down the hill we would use back then. Today, $800 for a snowboard?
Okay, If I was only 10 again I would totally be out on Greens Hill trying this out.
Hope he doesn’t flatten out at the end….
I do believe that mom is going to be a tad vexed!
It’s no Slippery Racer Saucer Sled, but I’ll bet he used some of Clark Griswold’s “non-caloric, silicon-based kitchen lubricant” to speed it up a bit!
My mother had a bad back so she had a ‘mangle’ rotary iron at which she could sit. I’m betting that this guy is going to get mangled.
All that starch makes it extra slick!
hmmmmm think I’ll have to try it.
Pop a nollie!
Good luck keeping those x-legs from collapsing. They never stay put for me.
Why didn’t I think of that?!
That’s … not a bad idea actually! … way to go, Todd!
He’s ironed the kinks out of his style well
