Chimichangas!!!! Oh wait, they’re not authentically Mexican having been invented fairly recently in Arizona. But heck, they start with a burrito which is Mexican. Yummy. Chiles rellenos, quesadillas, pupuscas. Well, that last is from a different country, but you get the idea. All are absolutely great!
I think it’s worth noting that this comic comes from Denmark. I remember “dining” once in a supposed Tex-Mex place in Innsbruck, Austria — whatever it was would put anyone off “Mexican” food for life. I wouldn’t be surprised if Wulff & Morgenthaler have never really had Mexican food!
I really got a big laugh out of this comic today. As so many comments point out, there are lots of other Mexican food that are tasty, enjoyable and fun to eat. It’s just the simple silliness of the thing that just tickles me. Kinda like a Mel Brooks comment.

Pollo mole. Goat stew. Lotsa cuisine you don’t find at Taco Bell.

I used to like just about anything at a Mexican restaurant… until sometime in the ’90s when they started putting cilantro in everything.
