When I was a child, all of those TV shows and movies about children who didn’t have anything for Christmas really left an impression on me. Didn’t really ask Santa for presents for myself (was too scared of him to even sit on his lap). Santa always delivered something that was even better than anything I had ever wanted.

Maybe she should tell him Santa liked it so much, he uses it in the sled.
