It was so cold here last week. I threw a cup of hot water up in the air and it froze so fast that when it came down, the ice was still warm.
@ -3 F here in Paradise Valley, Montana, I think Rover would do same thing here.

Our temperatures have been hovering around the -30 mark for days now, so this is actually not that much of a reach for us…

-3ºC with heavy snow in the Comox Valley. Getting as warm as 6º C later this week with lots of rain. BC is beautiful.
I’ve seen windex freeze on the inside of an exterior glass door—both at college in northern Wisconsin, & more recently at work here in New Hampshire.
