Apparently these are also green protesters. Darwin and biologists say that Mother Nature hates straight lines. Except for these little creatures that are designing straight lines and right angled corners. Go figure!

This reminds me of a story allegedly from the middle ages. A man was walking by a quarry and he saw two other men laboring away.

He asked the first man, “What are you doing?” and the man responded “Chipping away at a rock.”

He asked the second man, “What are you doing?” and he responded, “Building a cathedral.”

I’ve found this anecdote to be important when I was a manager of teams. If you can show people why their little piece is important in the big scheme, then they feel important too.
