Well, they don’t do BBQ all that well…

On the heels of yesterday’s strip, and assuming Mom hasn’t screamed yet, the trip could be a blessing, or Mom will be screaming from the aroma when they reopen the door, depending on how long they’re gone.

Wonder where they’re coming from and where in GA they’re going?

Frankly, …no. But that’s okay.

At a job I used to have once, I knew someone who was from Georgia…at the pot luck lunches we’d all often have there, she regularly couldn’t help but comment on Georgia cooking and compare it to our more northwestern-style cooking. Sometimes her comments were good, sometimes it wasn’t, but I know the foods she brought to those pot lucks were usually pretty darn delicious, so…she knew what she was talking about on the matter. ;)

Well, whatever you get to eat, it’ll probably come with grits on the side, unless Georgia has changed a whole lot
