An unfortunate fact that I read somewhere. Birds have very poor sense of smell. So I don’t think that the pepper spray will do much good for her.

I seem to recall Shoe takes place in fictional East Virginia, it must be fictional because Shoe can smoke cigars in the bar.

Soon to be incorporated into the lineup of a major perfume company under the name “No!”

Is she one of them there Spice Girls?

We need to know if Shoe spoke to her first, or she just set him up to knock him down without provocation.

Seems like old Shoe has been on quite a run lately when it comes to the ladies. All bad of course, but at least he isn’t racking up any new alimony payments.

Reminds me of the trailer for a movie, a few decades ago: The male lead is shown entering a room while the voice-over says, “This man has a word for those who try to stop him.” Then the lead says flatly, “Don’t.”

But if you were rich, it would be “Come-to-momma” spray.

Shoe is lucky, there are only two species of birds that can actually smell scents (one is a buzzard). So, if he keeps his mouth (or bill) shut he should be okay!
