Hold on. We go from Rip and Brix on there way to stop Rotten-X, and save Fern. To Dutch and the Agency already being there?! Mind telling us what happened in between? Plus, having Dutch show up at the last minute feels like we’re being cheated. Like Rip and the others went through all that for nothing.

Poor Rip. No matter how much he does on a mission, (more than anybody else actually), Dutch will always see him as “Not good enough”.

Did they get the strips out of order? This is totally mixed up.

Eh? Did me misses something? It all over so soon? Did Tarzan’s monkeys bites Rip and make things go Haywire here too?

We’re all going to need a stack of pancakes to figure this out.

Fern and Brix look happy enough. Everyone else, us included, looks confused.

But, but, what about the rest of the story?

I am used to such disordered strips with the recent Tazan storylines (don’t ask), it will be disheartening if the malady spreads to other strips.

Have we skipped a few comics in this story line or has my senility finaly kicked in?

Well, that went quickly. Would have been nice to see some more action. (Still like this strip, though.) I highly doubt we’ve seen the last of Rotten-X, though.

Did I miss something? Seems like a lot went on between Saturdays comic and today’s?

I don’t get why Dutch was still in charge or why Breezy gets to be in charge. Both were poor leaders who lacked foresight in leading the Alliance. Don’t forget they retired Rip then recalled him whenever their plans went awry…which happened every arc. Further, Rip literally proved their innocence when a mole within the Alliance framed them. And Rip still doesn’t get the respect he has earned.
