Why doesn’t Pam just do something herself? Surely she doesn’t think it just a man’s role.

I think the alien is just misunderstood. He isn’t attacking Kenny, he just wants to be recognized as a fully sentient being, with feelings. By panel 3, it seems at worst, they are fighting over who will lead when dancing.

A bit like how Seinfeld ended.

Are the alien and Kenny kissing?

Kenny will be OK. As soon as the alien gets a real look at Kenny’s ugliness, he’ll let Kenny go. I know what you’re thinking, and sure, Kenny is cute, to us. But, to the alien, Kenny is ugly as humans come.
