What I loved about the PBS pledge drives is all the left over food. All the restaurants, caterers, etc. provided huge spreads for the volunteers and PBS staff in exchange for recognition for their donation. I was the paralegal to the in-house atty at our local PBS. The next day the kitchen would be over flowing with delicious left overs!
