He campaigned to unite America. He succeeded in one way. The majority of Americans think he sucks, so there’s that.

It seems to me that unity is not the Republican’s strong point these days.

Major case of projection, given what’s going on with the Q-publican party right now. I guess Loony Lisa needed a distraction.

Lisa has yet to realize she and her fellow conservatives are actively preventing any unity.

Joe, who was previously good at talking through to consensus, does not seem to be able to do this with this Congress. Perhaps it is too much to expect one person to heal rifts not only between parties, but among them as well.

Meanwhile the minority leaders of the house and senate display the unity of the right.

It’s a sad comic. President Biden really wants unity but the GOP has no wish to join the US of A.

Got to give Joe credit for trying though.. His predecessor actively did and continues to divide the nation. Tis sad that Ms Benson likes it that way.

At least Ole Joe has hope of unity. Better to have hope of unity, than planning of division.

As usual Lisa got it wrong. Manchin is the one expecting* the ReQublicans to become reasonable any day now. Biden does give them the opportunity to behave responsibly but knows they will refuse.

*At least that’s what he claims but his status as a coal baron makes me doubt him.

And of course the Democrat hacks are first to jump in and blame it on the Republicans, however there is NOT a Trump or Republican House or Republican Senate to blame it on, so they try to incite wit “Q-publicans or INSURRECTION” or other such CRAP!

It is difficult to build unity with the RW constantly spreading lies and refusing to compromise on anything; they’re not even discussing real issues anymore.

“Biden is handing out crack pipes”. From symbol is just one example

    https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2022/02/fact-check-biden-administration-is-not-funding-crack-pipes-heroin-for-drug-use.html

You can find plenty of articles about what Biden HAS accomplished if you look.

UNITY: The Canadian-US border has been shut down by real “peaceful protestors” who want a say about their own medical freedoms in relation to EXPERIMENTAL drugs and the science which does not support mandatory mass vaccination.

Where is Pete Buttigieg? He is busy ranting about a Florida bill which would bar the ‘discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity’ in primary schools; kids aged of 5 (or under) – 11.

So freedom for his views to be imposed on others’ children is acceptable but freedom of one’s own medical views is not.

What’s the argument against parents being responsible for when their own kids should be introduced to sexual identity/orientation topics? Would it be far out to think that it may, possibly, be dependent upon the child’s maturity and their personal, non introduced, curiosity?

Would it be that far out to offer, not force, this topic of discussion, at the primary level, through after school programs which can be monitored by the parents whose children are enrolled?
