I didn’t quite understand at first what Phoebe meant in the last panel. I get it now, it’s like an argument between children screaming “Is NOT!”, “Is SO!”.

Why hasn’t anyone tried looking for her at the pond where Phoebe first met Marigold? She could be stuck looking at herself.
