Tiny birds build nests on my front porch right where I come and go, they don’t care. They leave more nesting material on the steps than in their nests! Messy but cute.
Two houses back, barn swallows built their nest on a light fixture next to the original garage. They came back year after year and raised broods. Ate a lot of wasp grubs in the process.
A few years back a couple of Mocking birds had a nest in a tree by my mailbox and everytime I went to get my mail they would dive bomb me, by the end of the season I was suffering from PTSD.

Always interesting to see both eyes on the same side of the nose.

Either Patrick’s school has a dress code, or he just came from church.

I cleaned out the birdhouses the other day. I don’t know where there was room for the birds!! Houses were packed to the ceiling.

Either the front doors are way too small or Ralph is huge. (I know cartoon physics. :-p)

I would get leg cramps almost immediately.

Let’s see if Ralph can rotate his head around like an owl can.

Beware Ralph. I tried a fake owl in my garden to keep the birds away and they slowly but surely pecked the owl’s eyes out.

And the birds say, “Oh look, we have a toilet”.

Looks like it is time to take Ralph to the doctor.

Ralph’s eyeballs are rather likely to dry out. Or, as his mother probably told him when he was a child, his “face will freeze like that.”
