Mom cooked from scratch always. Did not trust frozen and most canned goods. She passed at 99 and dad at 97. My siblings though averaged about 70 years old at time of death……their adult diet was fast food and frozen foods mostly. And it was the atomic age during our lifetime so I attribute some of the cancers to 500 plus above ground nuclear bomb detonations that starting on July 16th 1945.

Reheating for twice as long at 40% power works great for leftovers, if you have the patience to wait that extra two minutes.

Just try and pass that crap off as home-made! I’d judge the person who swoons for it.

I never vent the trays. I just microwave them for the full time. Comes out fine!
