Three servings of casserole may not be such a good thing either, unless there are a lot of vegetables in it.

My son was like that for a while. Funny though, even when he was little he liked brocolli.

I’ve never liked the word nourishment. “Nourish” just sounds dour. Like something a matriarchal elder would intone while pointing a huge wooden spoon at you from a high place in the kitchen. And “ment” shouldn’t be attached to a word describing food. What’s the first thing or two you think of when hearing “ment” ?

The American Heritage Dictionary: “nourish”, from Latin,“nutrire”: “nurse”; from “(s) nau”. “-ment”: suffix, 1. action; process. 2. Result of an action or process. 3. Means, instrument, or agent of an action or process. Happy trails!

sadly, we can fill up on Good food and then still not feel satisfied. The craving for salty fatty sweet eventually wins out.

The better it tastes, the worse it is for you. And vice-versa.

I find it funny that the older I get the more I like healthy foods.

There are kids starving in Japan who would love to have this nourishment. You will eat it and you will like it.

How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat?
