The only reason I stay Republican is that I figure that Democrats and Independents will be the first to have their votes erased by the AZ legislature.

There are 5 major parties here. I usually pay attention to the National and Labour parties. None of them have a clear cut majority and it takes a coalition of the parties in order to appoint a Prime Minister. This seems to work very well to protect against a single partisan point of view.

Looking at the battle damage images and reading the open source intelligence available so far, it seems clear that Putin has deployed – and used – thermobaric weapons in Ukrainian cities, a war crime by any definition..

At the large end, these weapons are referred to as “the poor man’s nuclear weapon”.

Wondering how long it’ll be before the characters will be represented by rectangles with a name on them. They don’t really need hands, because the characters never seem to grasp anything, fittingly enough. They just frolic in a series of frequently repeated poses, empty handed, empty headed, and avoiding all but the appearance of conflict.
