Ah, comic physics. Rodney was being walked away from in panels #1 and #2, yet somehow runs into the Wizard from the other direction.

Henry appears to like tinned food………

This dragon is nicer than my family’s dog. He didn’t like strangers…

No one has mentioned the attraction that King Kong felt for Fay Wray. I would have thought that was an obvious comparison.

There may be a continuity error in today’s strip. Otherwise, the Wizard and Henry changed direction between the throwaway gag at the beginning and the main gag.

If our pets were bigger and could fly, they’d be doing this to us all the time.

It was love at first sight….

I walk with my cat a couple of times a day. If I stop to talk to someone more than a couple of minutes, she gives me the “c’mon, let’s go” meow.

Now I am extra glad my beagle is only 18 lbs and small for her breed. She would so do this! I have several dogs in the neighborhood who love for me to pick them up and give them a little cuddle. My dog just waits quietly. She’s used to sharing thanks to her years as a hunter. No jealousy ever from her. She loves the rest of the dogs here anyway and enjoys joining with them for walks.
