That’s about as fair as…well, nothing’s fair anymore.

She is not a winner: that is not a plane; that is a crumpled bit of paper. Breaking the rules ought to get one disqualified, not rewarded.

You can’t say she didn’t learn though—she observed how everyone else’s planes were going, so she came up with a solution on making sure her’s could outperform theirs…even though it’s not technically a plane at all.

To be fair, Teach here probably never explicitly said to NOT do this, and we all know Amelia’s one to take any loophole she can. ;)
