Never golf with someone who uses a pencil with an eraser on it.

Or has a score care with erasure marks all over it.

I am shocked (shocked I say!) at this suggestion that a Plugger would be dishonest.

Eh, me never plays golf.

I think that, as long as you play by yourself, you can modify the rules and score however you want to.

Not true or funny!

It becomes a bad lie because everyone that the score would be shared with knows the individual’s level of play.

A similar joke was used in an early scene of “My Fellow Americans”, starring Jack Lemmon, James Garner, and Dan Aykroyd. Great movie.

Well, i don’t get golf to start with, but why keep score if you don’t score it right?

This is actually contrary to the Plugger way. So, no…just no. As for Bernard, I wouldn’t be playing golf with him if I was you.

The score on his card is not a lie. It was his intention.

I don’t think he would be carrying his bag, walking with a bag cart is more likely, late in he day to get the twilight rate. Riding the corse would be a no go, costs too much.

I didn’t know that sex was involved in golf? I keep people yelling ffffffooooorrrr play! ;o)
