Speaking of ‘bug-level’ foods, sometimes I almost feel bad about killing dandelions in my yard. It’s been that way ever since I found out that some people cook with them. Almost, but not close enough to stop killing them.

Love it.

Hmm, I had no idea so many computer programmers were vegetarians – or should be. They have to do a lot of “bug level” thinking. :)

I have found dandelion leaves in many nice restaurants in their salads, generally mixed greens or spring mix. They are good, but slightly bitter to me. I am not sure I would want to eat them all by themselves, but they are definitely not just a weed.
