Feet are amazingly sensitive. Yesterday I dumped a “huge” rock out a shoe – I could barely see it.
the real issue is trying to balance on one foot while dumping the pebble out. If the unshoed foot hits the ground, it picks up more pebbles.
Done that before.
I bang my heel until the pebble is under the archway of my foot.
