We had a food burgler at one place I worked at. No cameras in the breakroom so the thefts went undetected for ages. The food filcher was finally identified when she stole my leftover chili that I’d made with Peruvian ghost peppers. Her cries of anguish echoed through the building.

Again with the slamming Tia’s lingua dishes? Has anyone here ever actually tried any Mexican (or French or German or Hungarian or Italian or . . . ) tongue recipes? Try this one. Seriously. https://www.mylatinatable.com/make-authentic-beef-tongue-tacos-de-lengua/

I’ve never had lengua in a casserole. I’ve had it cut in thin slices and grilled on a hibachi, and dipped in soy sauce. I liked that, so I’d at least try the casserole before knocking it.
