Judging by the name of the cookbook it must be a For Dummies cookbook. And probably the slimmest book in history. It’s content probably reads like this. Take the frozen dinner out of the freezer. Set the microwave timer for 6 or 7 minutes. Epilogue, Be sure to let cooked food stand for 2 or 3 minutes because food will be very hot. Also to avoid fires do not microwave using a metal dish. The End.
I’ve had great home cooked lasagna, I had terrible home cooked lasagna, but the best is Sam’s Club frozen microwavable lasagna and its ready in 6 minutes. By the way, I get it from Walmart.
OUCH. It’s really going to be an interesting Thanksgiving Day cooking all the stuff (including stuffing) in 20 minutes; Yessiree Bob….{PS Happy Father’s Day}
I depend heavily on my microwave for cooking many foods, and I don’t buy frozen meals. When I am especially tired it’s a lifesaver. For a serious meal, I am perfectly capable of cooking from scratch and doing it all myself, but the dishes might take me several days of soaking because I am worn out from it. I do not cook meat in the microwave, but I will heat up leftover meats. A tip for re-heating pizza – put a half glass of water in the microwave while you re-heat pizza. It will help keep it soft. I have no idea if it’s any help with a frozen pizza – I never ate one.
Wolf it down Brutus so you can watch the rubber game of Dodgers Guards! Dodgers bounced back yesterday but the Gaurdians have the big righthander going today while L.A. is going with a bull pin game. Good Luck Brutus!
For those of us who just don’t have the knack to cook good meals, the microwave has been one of the greatest inventions of all time. Happy Father’s Day to all you fathers out there.

Just leave a little bit for left overs the next day. Then you can say it took you 24 hours to eat it.

My wife knows that if it EVER takes me 20 minutes or more to eat a meal, it will be time for me to get to the doctor to get my masseter checked out.
