You know there’s going to be an interesting “discussion” after this!

The more time you wait the more time you have to think of other things you have to do before you go.

I had a GF long ago like this. I didn’t even get out of my easy chair until she was at the door WITH her purse.

You explain what going on, Wally.

Getting my family out the door was like herding cats.

My ex wife was never on time. Even for concerts and the opera that SHE wanted to go to. We ended up spending half the season outside waiting for an intermission. I git tired of it and left her at home to get there on time once. She was on time after that. Found out later she was late out of disrespect. Thank dog for that very good pre-nup and the fact her boyfriend gave her syphilis.

Well, at least they’re back to meeting in person. I remember when they were in their underwear.

Our problem leaving is that we are both always sure that we forgot to lock the door and have to go back at least once to check. When going on a trip (remember those before the pandemic) I have a checklist I print out so we know we have everything we need – well, more than we need – everything we planned to bring.
