falling asleep in front of the TV is a time honored tradition

She’s awake, you are awake…now is the time!

When Hubby dozes, he snores like a wood chipper and gets a headache from not using the CPAP. So no dozing here.

Why would Janis be upset about Arlo watching TV? She can go to bed anytime she wants and sleep. His actions should not affect Janis at all.

In our early days of marriage, we had a signal (mainly to get me to bed.) My wife would ask if I wanted to play checkers. I will leave it at that.

Hey, question for the regulars-when I do a search for Arlo and Janis, there’s a picture that frequently pops up with them leaning against a red Shelby Cobra. Was there ever a strip involving a Red Shelby Cobra? Did Arlo have one at one time? Thx

What I find even more curious is when people get mad when you tell them they were sleeping. “You’re sleeping, go to bed.” “No! I wasn’t!!”

I like the June 3, 2006 A&J. Janis might be a little snarky but only because she misses the comforting presence of her regular bedmate.

If you lured him to bed, you wouldn’t have this problem.
