What the majority don’t understand is their reality is imaginary. Ownership only exists in your mind, you’re borrowing everything, including the air you breathe, the food you eat, everything. Status symbols, are all illusionary. That diamond ring, the car you drive, the house you live in, your bank account, none of them increase your worth. The same is true of fame, it’s a figment of your fevered mind, trying hard to make sense of Alice’s Wonderland.
“Remember what the dormouse said, ‘Feed your head, feed your head.’” -Grace Slick
Here in (Territorial period) Arizona, each Winter all the Mexican Ranch Hands used to go home (Sonora) for the winter to be with family. It was a very common remark that one’s hired help “had gone South” on them.

I’m curious in this day and age how “North” and “South” still carry the implication of “good” and “bad”.

Head over to Non-sequitor… there’s a guy insulting women for upsetting his day by complaining about being stripped of their rights.

Try talking to the Dormouse. It’s a good listener.
