Reminds me of Illinois voters

It doesn’t look as if the other two got out unscathed.

Reminds me of a ’toon I read that was of a few people standing around with one guy considerably taller than the others.  He had a bandage on his forehead and was wearing a t-shirt with the letters “TPACF” on it.  In the caption it said something like Phil is the newest member of the “Tall People Against Ceiling Fans” club.

In truth ceiling fans aren’t that dangerous… or at least, not the ones I’ve had. I had a need to stop one (sorry, I don’t remember why, but I do remember…) while friends were over, I put my hand up to stop the turning and they totally freaked out. I still have my hand and it wasn’t the least bit damaged in the incident. OK, I know the comic is a joke, but considering the reaction I got on that occasion, I thought it worth mentioning.
