I used to think Mr. Spacely was a bad boss.

Follow your bosses instructions, after all he’s paying you. Walk (very slowly so you don’t overheat) and get his coffee (while you’re there get one for yourself), if you time it right, by the time you get back his coffee won’t be iced anymore.

Doesn’t he have a secretary that do these things? I use to.

how about he drives there? he can get it much quicker that way. ;)

Any time within the next five minutes would be fine. And try not to sweat.

Well Brutus finally got his title - office boy. Take your time Brutus. Make sure that iced coffee is melted upon return. Brouhaha in the making.

What has boss man done in the past to get his menial personal chores done? A ten minute walk should be a pleasure for someone who works inside most of the time. I would get it; I would also drop it. Oops. Then I would have a migraine from the smell of coffee and have to go home. I guess I am more of a loser than Brutus!

He is the bread winner for the family. That is why he’ll do it!

He didn’t say “you fly I’ll buy”, which is a common courtesy. He didn’t give him any cash. He gave a snotty comment regarding the weather. He didn’t even say please. I would call him a horses a$$ but that would be an insult to those people who are actual horses a$$e$……

That’s what gofers do.

OK, Brutus. Now’s the time to talk up the health benefits of cold water. Or, if caffeine is what bossman craves, then suggest a cold Mountain Dew.

By the time he gets back the ice will have melted. This could go on all day.

By the time he takes a nice relaxing stroll to and from the coffee shop the Java will be lukewarm- the worst of both worlds.

" Chief, I checked with the coffee shop, and that item costs $1000. Cash only.

Go along with him, Brutus. It’ll get you out of the office for a while. Take a leisurely stroll, have yourself a cold beverage at the coffee shop, then walk back to the office and give Veeblefester his iced coffee.

Oh, yes, I almost forgot — tell him you were a little angry over being ordered around this way, and that you were considering spitting in his coffee, but you decided to be the bigger man and not take such petty revenge. Remember to say that with a small smile that will make him wonder whether you are telling the truth. He’ll never enjoy a sip of that coffee!
