There’s no Odie to kick around? There’s no Nermal to harass? ;D

Like getting off the drill?

Garfield, you’re always bored. Except when the lasagna comes out of the oven. Or when the pizza is delivered. Or when Jon brings home donuts. Or…Well, you get the idea.

You do nothing on Monday nonetheless.

If you’re bored this early on Monday morning, just wait to see all the insipid work of drudgery you’ll be assigned this morning when you return to the office.

The secret is that Garfield is actually doing something about his boredom and it is plain view.

Since it’s Monday, doing nothing does seem like the best course.

When I get bored I either watch TV or play games

I feel this way sometimes. Usually, I never take a break from the pulpit. But, lately, I’ve been cutting back to a vesper service of 25-30 minutes. We do just the RCL verses, comments on them and prayers. I could really get used to this.
