don’t want to take any chances of the hotel’s pillows being too soft or too hard, huh?

People do that?

I’ve seen people strip all of the bedding of of hotel beds and replace it with their own.

It’s nice to have an extra one provided wherever you stay and it’s nice to have one in the car.

No problem when one does not travel ;-)

Whenever my father took us on a trip, no matter how short, he insisted we take a couple of pillows. I never questioned him why. For short naps? In case of car motion sickness? To relieve pressure on hemorrhoids?

I had a GF who did that. Then one trip she forgot it at the hotel. I drove back, but it was gone. Took her months to get over it.

Absolutely! I also take my bed, my bathroom, my kitchen, my TV, my Alexa, my dinette, etc. It’s called a RV! I haven’t traveled by any other method in many years. (FishWisher.com)

Yep, I have seen people on planes with their own pillows – and not just Pluggers.
