if you weren’t dressing up Mr. Danders, Alice, then who was?

Nice hat, Mr. Danders!

That high/lowly exchange of looks in Panel 3!

You lose your credibility when they’re in the near vicinity of the lie.

What’s wrong with putting little clothes on Mr. Danders? He talks like a little person already. Alice has already established that she is not going to listen to him. BUT, she still has to listen to her Mom.

I wouldn’t have picked the country-clothes look for Mr. Danders, but he pulls it off quite well!

Bullies are generally liars, too. Here we have a prime example of that. Do all children her age lie like that? I don’t have first hand knowledge of kids so really don’t know the answer.

By the way, Mr. Danders looks pretty smart in that outfit, doesn’t he?

Mr. Danders seemed oddly to not have any objections to playing dress up. Maybe he secretly admires the doll’s wardrobe.

The only time Petey plays Parcheesi is when wielding as a weapon.

Alice has cute feet and Mr. Danders a stylish outfit. A winning strip.

Panel 3 is priceless! The Glare of Justice from Madeline melts the Liar Alice. Danders is, therefore, jailed. The weed of crime bears bitter fruit. Crime does not pay! The Shadow knows. And now, so do Danders and Alice. Cricket, meanwhile, continues to dodge Petey’s attempts at riddance….

Mister Danders looks very debonair in that outfit.
