Just like another week, another month, another year and so on…

I need to remember this!

Oh, poor Fluffy—still feeling sad. Look at August through the eyes of a poet:

You can’t control the days or their passing, but you can control your attitude about them.

Another day to live!

Attitude is EVERYTHING! I decided years ago that any day I could wake up, get out of bed get dressed & leave the house – if only to walk around the block- was a great day.

It’s all in the cattitude.

Depends on the day. Both are hooked into the depressing concept of Time’s Arrow. “The moving finger writes and having writ…” It is the only game in town though.

Another day starting with Snow! Another day that starts with a smile.

I find that thinking about the incidents of my life is like looking through a kaleidoscope. If I turn the sections, it changes my outlook and most of the time it presents a fantastic new wonder in my life.

Two sides of the coin, still love both of the cats.

True, Snow. All the same, a shrinking, though basting, summer is to be missed.

Then there are some days one is happy to put behind oneself. Another day dealt with—good.

this is were a “Gratitude Journal” or just an Index card with “3 things to be Grateful for” on the nightstand (as a reminder before going to bed) comes in handy. Makes the day seem like less of a series of “never ending defeats”.
