I was told a long time ago that " if " you need to get a tattoo only get one that says ( Mother or God ) because they are the only ones that really do " love " you : )
There are a few problems with tattoos, unclean needles, like the guy who has his girlfriend’s name tattooed on his arm and them breaks up with her. There is also the problem of one’s body changing. That thin gil tattooed on his chest soon gets as fat as he is.

As we all know, popular doesn’t necessarily mean good.

“Viable” isn’t the precise word. Because, regardless, they ARE going to live with that tat. And yeah, it’s a popular option.

I’ll never get a tattoo. In fact, I’ll never get a tat-one

If you get a tattoo that’s all saggy and misshapen will it look better as you age?

There’s all sorts of things that are popular but not effective.
Getting an immediately regretted tattoo is one of the least harmful. And the harm from it is self-inflicted.

I’m gonna get a tattoo that says “De plane! De plane!”. But I don’t know where to keep him.

Two Marines in my platoon got their serial numbers tattooed on the soles of their feet. The next day we had a ten mile hike.

Got several. What a waste of money. I am glad they cannot be seen when wearing everyday clothes. Would be more glad if I had never gotten any of them.

There seems to be a flirtation with a sunk-cost fallacy.
