I lost 30 pounds during the pandemic because at the same time I had neck fusion surgery from the front. Could not eat anything but soup and jello. Now I can eat almost everything I could before and the pounds are creeping back on.

My weight used to fluxuate about 3 pounds winter to summer. Then I realized that in the winter I wore sweats on the scale; in the summer, shorts.
