Many unhappy returns.

Like Arlo I too remember liquor stores with Package in their name.

Wow! A real letdown. Well, you know where your “package” store it, Arlo.

Package store? What the heck is that? We call them liquor stores up here. The package stores I know of are Fedex and UPS stores where you can get the packing you need and ship.

This one made no sense whatever

I’m confused…did she come home from the store that fast, or was the package of liquor delivered and Arlo forgot he ordered it?

And the irony, of course, is that she went to the package store and cam back with…an empty “package” or box instead of the liquor Arlo asked for.

And that’s one of the reasons why we love our Janice!

I’ve heard of a Package Store selling alcohol, but not packing boxes.

Alcohol dries out your tissues.

Im a Floridian and didn’t get it. My wife from Montana had to explain this joke to me.

This is the season for hefeweizen, shandies and saisons. And hard lemonade chilled till slushy, with a couple of pickled jalapeno slices in it.

They’d be a perfect hoist: they should join the daiquiris—it would keep them occupied.

Janis must mean the local UPS store.

When I was a kid a liquor store was called a package store. These days it is a place where you can drop off prepaid packages to be picked up by UPS, FedX, etc.
