Peter’s line in the third panel is basically what Spock told Kirk as he was climbing up El Capitan in Star Trek V.

little arrow with a “g” next to it? Back in my days the arrow was above the “g” facepalm — the “g” must have grown up already!!! I’m so old!

I didn’t have to take Physics until college. Thank God.

I skipped high school Physics to protect my grades after nearly bombing Chemistry and took easy Home Ec classes instead. So I don’t get the joke.

That little “g” means that your grade will be computed on a weighted (in grams) average.

A (dumb?) slacker like Peter would never be IN physics class in the first place. He’d have all basic math and no more.

Usually it is the big brothers that help the little brothers… not the other way around.

I remember a particular comic (Forgot the date…) where Peter looks over calculations Jason has done on a loop-de-loop with hot wheels, and points out that the calculation assumes no friction. (Jason solves this problem supposedly by soaking the car in oil) So we know that Peter has some high school knowledge with him, but I guess it’s limited.

I remember that comic. Peter is smart in some categories, but not the relevant ones.
