What does Bucky see here?

I have no idea what’s going on here but I know I don’t like it.

Bucky sounds like Cpt Kirk, trying to remember his name after being zapped by the Indian Obelisk in the episode “Paradise Syndrome”

He sounds like the Kif in the Chanur books by C. J. Cherryh.

I can’t tell if Buck’s laughing, snarling or having a stroke.

Is this going to be a “Freaky Friday” situation where they switch bodies?

I had fun today trying to vocalize Buck’s lines. Sort of a little spittle in the cheek and locking down the back of the tounge with the back of the mouth and little explosive exhales/coughs…
