And at that moment, Wally hatches a plan. Mittens will keep pretending to be lost, Wally will help “find” him, collect yet another kiss. It can’t lose. Only sticking point is getting Mittens to go along with it.

And even if Echo does give Norman a kiss now, it’ll be tainted with doggy nose snot!

Well, this is weird. I thought the strip had long made it clear that they (Echo and Norm) both have a thing for each other, and Echo has in the past been upset with Norm never making a move.
